CANCELLATION POLICY
POLICIES — Please Read Before Booking Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule as many times as you need as long as it is 48hrs before your appointment, this allows others to have time to book the remaining spot. If you reschedule less than 48hrs, you are required to send another deposit in order to book your next appointment! (Second deposit will be added to the remaining deposit) Late fee: To avoid this, please be on time, there is a 5 minute grace period after 10 minutes. Your appointment will be canceled if you are later than 15 minutes and would need to send a new deposit in order to reschedule. The late fee will be considered as a no show/cancellation and will be charged 40% with the card on file. (Your new deposit will be added to your remaining deposit)
